Refund policy

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • custom or personalized products

  • personal care and beauty items

  • hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.


Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return the original product. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • unused and unworn

  • in their original packaging

  • with tags attached

  • accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
